In 2019, we designed a card game to teach the goal-setting concept of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Measured against a traditional classroom training, this novel approach took 58% less time to deliver, yet had an engagement score of 97%.

Now, we’ve brought this award-winning OKR training game into a fully virtual environment. During this two-hour class, attendees participate in hands-on objective-setting and results-tracking. We combine this with real-world follow-up assignments and deployment plans for bringing goal-setting best practices into your software, teams, and plans for success.
