Critical Thinking
Many leaders recognize the need for critical thinking skills, but few realize how much we’re missing key foundations of this competency. In this course, we use small self-directed assignments to help learners train themselves in everything from formulating problem statements to making accurate predictions and estimations.
This course is ideal for individuals or teams who don’t have time for lengthy in-person training sessions. Participants are given a list of activities that they can complete on their own time, followed by peer check-ins and content downloads so they can self-assess their progress.
